We do not currently charge for delivery to all locations that we reach to. However, delivery charges are made by 3am ya sayad for fish processed and delivered by them to our customers in New Cairo City.

Payments are accepted in cash on delivery, Visa and Mastercard, and using common Wallets.

Delivery is made on the date you select as approrpiate for your location.

Ennabta Farms LLC makes commercially reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of your information and to protect against unauthorized access. Our website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of sensitive information under our control.

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the day you selected at checkout.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an official invoice by email.

You receive an invoice at delivery of the ordered goods.

Our store policy does not allow backorders for unavailable products. However, you may drop us an email for us to arrange production of the product(s) you like.
