Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, we ask that you do so before 4:00 pm the day before the order delivery date (the order deadline). Any cancellation afterwards is subject to review as we may or may not be able to provide a full or partial refund.
For cancellations done before the order deadline, refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. For cancellations after the order deadline, if a refund is issued, it may be done so as a store credit for a future order, or back to the original payment method, this is decided on a case by case basis, depending on the reason and timeliness of cancellation.
In the event we deliver a defect product or the product is not matching your order, you have the right not to recieve the order, in whole or in part. In such case, please send an email to info@ennabta.com with details about your observations on the order with photos to help us understand the problem. If the order is prepaid online, you will receive a refund to the original payment method, or you may opt to receive a replacement order on the next delivery date.
